The European Union requires all activities involved in the agrifood chain high standards in order to ensure food security to consumers. From primary production to distribution, all operators are required by current regulations to be appropriately trained, to hold and follow a manual of operating procedures drawn up ad hoc for the specific activity and to program a plan of sampling and analysis of verification to ascertain that the procedures put in place are effective in the prevention or eventual resolution of any risks associated to food safety.

Phy.Dia. provides these and other services, including: study of food labels, study of nutritional values, study of shelf-life, counseling for openings of new activities (administrative and sanitary practices) and drafting procedures for food products traceability.
